Spreading the good news amidst those who hate our evangelism is becoming harder and harder. Especially in the USA. One would not think it to be so. After all, spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ, is our number one aim. The love, by which, the Father sent His only son to the cross to die for our sins, propels the disciple of Jesus Christ to spread the Good news. That good news is not good news in many nations and even in the USA. Remember what Christ Said:
John 15:18  ¶If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
19 Â If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
20 Â Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.
Daily it seems we hear of those disturbed by the Cross of Christ somewhere. Today, any cross is seen as being a christian symbol and directly related to Jesus Christ and Christianity. Like for instance in California. Where people who want to bring down the Cross being disputed in San Diego. They see the cross as a Christian symbol. But, Truth be known. the Romans were using the cross much more than Christians. We lost our only savior to a cross. Thank God we did. For even Christ came to ”give His life willingly” (Mrk 10:45). We have many around the world facing persecution for spreading the gospel. The one thing the New World Order will have in common is religion. They will produce a one world religion, where evangelizing like Christians are to do, will be outlawed. Even now, in the corridors of the U.N. is a room where meditation, prayer, and the like go on. It is a New Age room, where faiths of all people meet. They look down on the radical christians. Lukewarm christians, however, could probably be induced to go along with this. Christ, however, said we are to be disciples and followers. We are to spread the good news. We are to be harmless as doves, yet wise as serpents. We are to be as sheep being led to the slaughter. For precious in the site of the Lord, is the death of his saints. We are to be doing all this and more. In this day and age, society does not want radicals. Whether muslim radicals or christian or hindu, they don’t like it.Â
The problem we will face is a world tired of radical religion. They don’t want the Christians or the Muslims or other group to be the top one. As Christians and disciples, however, we are heading for a showdown with the world. We are not to go along with the world. We are not to become lukewarm. We are not to be in love with the world. We are to be on-fire for Jesus Christ, spreading His word. We are to be reproving, rebuking, with all longsuffering. We are to be doing this in love.
Where will you be standing when all this is going on? Will you be in a box or corner somewhere wishing it to go away? I am telling you that your soft-easy-americanized churchianity will cease. God is going to “smelter the gold, and rid it of impurities”. God is going to take you off the sidelines and bring you to a point of public confession. God is going to wake you up. Your going to make one choice out two possible choices. One to follow Jesus Christ and confess Him before Men or two, deny Jesus Christ before men. There will be escape. I gaurantee you that this will be the headlines on the newspapers of the beast who is riding the top wave of government before the end comes. “Christians to be executed for not worshipping the one true God”. Of course, their one true God will be Satan in disguise.Â

I ask you again where will you be standing? Will it be in that great big house you bought, or on that fancy new boat? Will it be sitting instead in that new car heading for that fancy dinner party? Where will you be and will you stand up for Jesus Christ? Will you stand up for His name, honor, and calling if it costs you everything? Americanized churchianity has the glitz, glamour, and the well educated pastors. The only problem the things many preach is a pablum based mix of American christianity. The theology lacks the bite of confiction and the sanctifying power of the Holy Ghost. As a result, many today are weak and babes. They are in love with the world, their big house, great jobs, fancy phones, and all the trappings that this whore of the world has to offer.
While millions of true disciples overseas and around the world are being killed daily, what are you doing? where is your money going? While millions of believers have never seen the inside of a church like you go to, where do you think they have been? Many have been in jail, prison, and hiding for their lives in the bush country. Many flee to save their life. Many have lost everything for Jesus Christ. This is the cost of discipleship for many overseas. With the exception of Europe which has become a whited sepulcher and taken over by Muslem mosques, the world is throwing out the Christian faith and its people.
The end times are here. The war for souls that has been going on for ages is continuing. This war is heating up. The world hates to know it is full of sin. Man hates to hear he is a sinner headed for hell. The good news is, Jesus Christ died for just that reason. The cost, you must take up your cross and follow Him. By faith believing in His name, work, and God hood. Believing Christ Jesus died for your sins. You then repent of those sins and follow Him. This is the great news that the world hates. The battle is on and the question again is asked, where will you stand?
Finally, in the news Fox reports that Prison Fellowship Ministries Forced to Close Bible Program at Iowa Prison|Fox reports an A.P. story
DES MOINES, Iowa  — A judge has ruled that a Bible-based prison program violates the First Amendment’s freedom of religion clause by using state funds to promote Christianity to inmates.
Prison Fellowship Ministries, which was sued in 2003 by an advocacy group, was ordered Friday to cease its program at the Newton Correctional Facility and repay the state $1.53 million.
“This calls into question the funding for so many programs,” said Barry Lynn, executive director of the Washington-based Americans United for Separation of Church and State, which filed the suit. “Anyone who doesn’t stop it is putting a giant ‘sue me’ sign on top of their building.”
Lynn’s group accused Prison Fellowship Ministries of giving preferential treatment to inmates participating in the program. They were given special visitation rights, movie-watching privileges, access to computers and access to classes needed for early parole.
U.S. District Judge Robert Pratt called the perks “seemingly minor benefits” that constituted unfair treatment to those not in the religious program. Despite any claims of rehabilitating inmates, the program “impermissibly endorses religion,” Pratt wrote. [to read full story click on link title above.]
