In another move that seems more like the early Hitler regime, the Bush administration is making moves to ensure plans for a global government moves ahead. Although the denial by this administration on the bringing into reality the North American Union, yet officials from this administration are feverishly working on the laws to make such a transition. This was backed up by more evidence recently as the powers in government are now tweaking the restrictions on many common foods you use and buy.
The move is to enforce what is known as the “Codex Alimentarius” upon the USA. Unsuspecting consumers, if this passes will have to face a Napoloneonic code which will make anything that is not explicitly permitted is forbidden. Rima E Laibow M.D. on her website, www.HealthFreedomUSA.org, say this is coming out of the “World Trade Organization and that they intend to force the Codex upon the nations of the world”. Furthermore, she says:
“This would be done under the threat of massive economic sanctions if WTO-countries do not comply with Codex Alimentarius.
Codex is based in the Napoleonic Code, not Common Law. That means that under Codex Alimentarius, anything not explicitly permitted is forbidden. Under Common Law, we hold that anything not explicitly forbidden is permitted. The difference is the difference between health freedom and health tyranny. Codex Alimentarius would be able to ban supplements by default.”
Worldnetdaily reported that the FDA will regulate vitamins, supplements, herbs, and other natural substances, including water, when it is use to treat dehydration and should be classified as drugs. This will be under the proposal of Docket no. 2006D-0480 and you will have only till April 30th to express your concern.
It is in this latest attempt by the policy makers in Washington which will make rules that govern such items more in line with Canada and Mexico. By doing this the major hurdles to establishing the North American Union are reduced. While officials at the Bush administration categorically deny that they are creating such a New World Order super state, it is well known that Bush gave orders to his top lieutenants to go ahead and push for more common regulatory avenues with both nations.
From experts who are watching this, the main point here is not only a North American super state, but one which will create profits for the special interests and corporate powers.

This reveals one of the power brokers behind such a unilateral proposal as the “Codex” and the pushing of the North American Federation. This is the international corporate structure that sees national laws and independent nations as a hindrance to their global aims and profits.
With the implementation of the “Codex” and any like minded policy change at the Federal Drug administration you can then see that many things can change. From buying water, to using treadmills during a workout, to maintaining your garden herbs, and then using any special oils for treatments, these could be deemed unlawful. Try thinking of getting a special prescription for your unique vegetable and fruit juice concoction, if you don’t get permission, the law can come down upon you. From consumers to vitamin and special food stores, all will be closely watched and regulated. Special treatments for sicknesses, cancers, and other diseases will be also watched. Any raw foods deemed to be relevant to treating any such disease will be a drug. The big pharmaceutical companies will love this legislation, as it will probably mean more money, more favorable regulation, and more ways to get into your pocket.
Today, while many consumers are faced with high prices, news scares, and the daily beat of a life, your government is hard at work. You don’t want a North American Federation you say, “too bad” the government knows what is good for you. You don’t want your favorite juice or juicer to be regulated by the FDA, “too bad”, the government knows better than you do.
