Preventative, indefinite detention by the Obama administration?
“We will put you in jail without any conviction, or persecution! We will keep you there indefinitely! All because you might commit crimes in the future!”
Obama criticizes Bush Administration! Ad hoc legal approach for fighting terrorism! Then Obama announced his own ad hoc legal approach and then proposed “prolonged detention”!~ Putting someone in jail not for something they done, but for what they might do! Not prosecuting them for past crimes, but keep them in prison for future crimes! incarcerate people indefinitely for things they have not done yet!
Begun reshape the law! Clear, defensible, legitimate, for prolonged detention in order to keep them from committing crimes!
Construct a legal regime in order to make prolonged preventive detention all legal!
You can get arrested today, put in prison, without conviction, or any crimes, just because they think you are going to commit a crime!

And…according to Homeland Security and Janet Napolitano….Ron Paul supporters (which would be me), Veterans, Bob Barr supporters and a few others are “potential terrorists”…which means THIS AFFECTS ME DIRECTLY. Thanks to PRESIDENT Obama I could be detained indefinitely for something I MIGHT do????
